At La Sposa Bridals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your bridal dress or any other item, our Returns & Exchange policy offers a hassle-free way to return or exchange your product. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at lasposabridals@yahoo.com or +393289161238 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. Receive the New Item: Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or refund.

4. International Returns & Exchanges
