Returns & Exchange Policy

Because each bridal gown is a bespoke, handcrafted creation, we encourage you to review the policies below carefully before placing your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Returns Policy

We want you to love your La Sposa gown. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 03 days of receiving your order
  • Return is applicable only for dresses purchased in standard size.
  • The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags still attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the garment bag and any accessories
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned
  • Custom-made or personalized gowns are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the return is approved
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • If the item does not meet return conditions, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back at your expense

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled as follows:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
  • For international returns, please mark the package as a Return – No Commercial Value to avoid customs charges

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will review your claim and offer a full replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost. We take quality seriously and every item is inspected before shipping.

5. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled — please follow the returns process instead
  • Custom-made gowns that are already in production cannot be cancelled
